I lost myself as a wife, mother, and individual. I poured my life and energy into others, and I never prioritized myself. After the divorce of a 35 year marriage, I found myself in immense pain and totally lost. I found recovery and inner healing in a therapy group, but still had no direction of what this new life could possibly look like. Not only did I not know what I wanted in life, I didn’t know how to get there. In February 2019, I signed up for Kimberly’s “Renew You - Love Your Life” women’s group. I began the journey by taking an inventory of my life, which was foundational in my ability to move forward. With Kimberly’s guidance, I used that inventory to figure our what I wanted for this new life and set goals for myself. I put to use all the tools she taught. Under her coaching, along with the inspiration and accountability of other women in the group, a beautiful path for my life began to unfold. Courage, purpose, direction and joy filled my life. I started a small successful business, I’ve adopted new eating and exercising habits, I created new enriching habits and now, I am in the process of getting out of debt. I am still a part of Kimberly’s coaching and the Women’s Group and I am watching more beautiful things come to me as I continue to set more goals. Kimberly’s guidance and the success of other women in the group continue to encourage and motivate me. It’s all so empowering! I am beyond grateful for Kimberly and her coaching.

When I first started meeting with Kimberly, I was directionless and lacked the confidence to change where my life was going. At 26 I had a college degree but I wasn’t fulfilled. My boyfriend and I were dreaming of converting a van to travel the country in, and try our hand at organic farming. I joined ‘Renew YOU - Love Your Life’ with Kimberly because I felt stuck in my life wondering, ‘what’s next?’ I know that the structure of a women’s group would hold me accountable as I identified goals and set action steps. When I wrote down my goal ‘find a new house for my partner and myself’, I had no idea how quickly my goals would be met.
